Job Description

As an HR Manager in our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Business Engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing frameworks to enhance employee performance, upskill talent, and foster a positive work environment conducive to engagement. In terms of Performance Management, you will be tasked with developing and executing an effective Goal Setting & KPI Framework aligned with business objectives. You will lead half-yearly and yearly performance reviews, ensuring transparency and fairness throughout the process. Providing guidance to both managers and employees on performance improvement strategies will be essential, along with monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and areas for development. Additionally, you will facilitate performance discussions and ensure constructive feedback mechanisms are in place. Regarding Learning & Development (L&D), you will oversee the induction program for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Conducting Training Needs Identification (TNI) to assess skill gaps and designing/executing all L&D initiatives, including refresher training for employees, will be part of your responsibilities. Focusing on internal talent development through structured learning programs and reducing external hiring dependencies will be key. Collaborating with managers to design leadership development and succession planning strategies will also be crucial for this role. In the realm of Business Engagement & Culture Building, you will design and implement Recognition & Rewards (R&R) programs to boost employee morale. Organizing Town Halls and engagement activities to enhance communication and collaboration will be essential. Planning and executing Fun at Work initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture will also fall under your purview. Acting as an employee advocate to ensure engagement strategies align with company values and objectives will be a significant aspect of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Ideal candidates will possess 3 to 6 years of experience in HR roles focusing on Performance Management, L&D, and Employee Engagement. A strong understanding of goal setting frameworks (OKRs/KPIs), performance reviews, and training methodologies is required. Experience in designing and executing employee engagement programs, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively drive HR strategies are also crucial. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in BFSI, Banking, or NBFC. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, provident fund, and performance bonus.
