Job Description

As an Assistant Manager/Manager in Learning & Development (L&D) at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing various learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, foster growth, and align with organizational objectives. Working closely with leaders, you will identify training needs, create tailored learning experiences, and evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with senior management to identify skill gaps, creating comprehensive learning strategies that align with company goals, and developing a roadmap for leadership development and career enhancement. You will design engaging training content for in-person and virtual sessions, facilitate training on diverse topics, and lead employee onboarding programs. In addition, you will promote a culture of continuous learning, develop personalized career paths for employees, and offer coaching and mentoring to support their professional growth. You will measure the effectiveness of training programs, prepare reports on outcomes and ROI, and use feedback to enhance learning offerings continuously. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with department heads to customize training programs, partner with external providers for specialized content, and serve as a subject matter expert on L&D best practices. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in corporate learning and talent management. Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery methods is required, as well as proficiency in using Learning Management Systems and eLearning tools. Your communication, facilitation, and presentation skills will be essential in delivering impactful training programs, and your ability to analyze learning needs and assess effectiveness will drive employee development. Experience in leadership development, succession planning, and change management through learning initiatives will be advantageous in this role.,
