What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Lead - HR Ops with 2-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a generalist HR role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRMS, HR data management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. They should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and skilled in HR analytics and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to manage employee queries and collaborate across levels. This role is based in Pune and requires supporting end-to-end HR operations, driving process improvements, and enhancing employee experience.

Key Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA HR will be preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office tools and reporting tools like MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS, and HR data management.

Key Responsibilities

I. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.

II. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance.
  • Support audits and maintain HR documentation for compliance purposes.

III. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Manage HRIS for data accuracy and reporting.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports for decision-making.

IV. Employee Engagement & Support

  • Assist in designing and executing engagement programs and events.
  • Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes.

V. Policy Implementation & Process Improvement

  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
