Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and personable lead generation executive to expand our prospecting and outreach activities. An ideal candidate will have a passion for generating new leads. The candidate will play a crucial role in creating the first touchpoint for prospects and ensuring a healthy lead pipeline for our pre-sales. Applicants should also be comfortable working with MS Office and other organizational software..

Key Responsibilities

1. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead generation through aggressive Cold calling and prospecting via LinkedIn, emails, referrals
  • Research target industries, organizations, and decision-makers to build a strong and accurate prospect database.
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospecting activities in the CRM tool.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Collaborate closely with the pre-sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and outreach messaging.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and call targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product features to ensure effective communication with prospects.

2. Leadership & Team Work

  • Drive Vission / Mission/Purpose of the organisation and live the organisational values
  • Participate in all team meetings enthusiastically.

3. Growth Path:

Successful performers in this role can progress to Pre-Sales Executive / Business Development Executive roles with exposure to deeper solution understanding, client meetings, and demos.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month
  • Number of cold calls and email outreaches made
  • Conversion rate from prospect to qualified lead
