Role & responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, webinars, and referrals.
  • Maintain 50+ dials and 20+ connects per day.
  • Schedule 4+ new meetings/calls daily to build a strong database.
  • Drive one referral lead every day.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in K-12 B2B Sales

    (Teachmint, Lead School, BYJUS, Unacademy, or similar EdTechs).
  • Proven track record in

    consultative selling

    , stakeholder handling, and closing B2B deals.
  • Comfortable engaging with

    school owners, principals, administrators, and academic heads

    .
  • Strong in

    high-volume outreach

    — daily calls, demos, webinars, and follow-ups.
  • Ability to manage the

    complete lead-gen to closing lifecycle

    independently.
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and coordination

    skills.
  • Highly disciplined with

    CRM usage
