Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, webinars, and referrals.
Maintain 50+ dials and 20+ connects per day.
Schedule 4+ new meetings/calls daily to build a strong database.
Drive one referral lead every day.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in K-12 B2B Sales
(Teachmint, Lead School, BYJUS, Unacademy, or similar EdTechs).
Proven track record in
consultative selling
, stakeholder handling, and closing B2B deals.
Comfortable engaging with
school owners, principals, administrators, and academic heads
.
Strong in
high-volume outreach
— daily calls, demos, webinars, and follow-ups.
Ability to manage the
complete lead-gen to closing lifecycle
independently.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and coordination
skills.
Highly disciplined with
CRM usage
, reporting, and data tracking.
Thrives in a
target-driven, competitive sales environment
.
Tech-savvy and confident conducting
video calls, webinars, and online demos
.
Graduates preferred
(B.Tech is an added advantage; MBA optional).
