As a Recruiting and Lead Generation Professional at Guidepoint, you will play a crucial role in the Market Research team by connecting with Advisors and Experts in the United States across various industries. Here's what you'll be responsible for: - **Lead Generation:** - Identify potential leads through online research, social media, and industry-specific databases. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. - **Recruitment:** - Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email and phone. - Screen and qualify Advisors and Experts based on company standards. - Facilitate agreement to complete online quantitative market research surveys. - **Communication:** - Maintain clear and professional communication with potential leads. - Draft and send compelling outreach emails and follow-up communications. - Conduct phone calls to engage and qualify leads. - **Data Management:** - Update and maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system. - Generate regular reports on lead generation and recruitment activities. **What You Have:** - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Excellent communication skills. - 2-4 years of experience in lead generation and/or recruitment. - Familiarity with US business culture. - Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools. - Strong internet research skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Ability to work US business hours.
