Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, located in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales leads, researching potential clients, and establishing connections with prospective customers. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong sales pipeline and support business growth by effectively communicating with leads and converting them into opportunities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in identifying and generating new leads through various sources
Solid understanding of lead generation strategies paired with strong research skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with prospects
Experience in sales and an aptitude for closing deals
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Basic knowledge of IT and technical solutions (preferred but not required)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
