Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder, based in Noida. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms, crafting compelling proposals, and communicating effectively with potential clients. The role involves client engagement, relationship building, and coordination to secure new projects for the company. The candidate will also ensure proper project handover to relevant teams after winning bids.

Qualifications

• Experience in platforms like Upwork and proficiency in crafting effective project bids and proposals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and build relationships
• Basic understanding of IT, web development, mobile applications, and Robotic Process Automation
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to a dynamic team environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or freelancing platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
