Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to generate business opportunities and build long-term client relationships through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, online bidding, and proposal writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar portals.
• Write professional project proposals and communicate with international clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and project acquisition targets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Upwork / IT sales / online bidding.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Design, Digital Marketing, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,613.93 - ₹44,338.81 per month
