🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant Digital Marketing projects on Upwork (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Web Analytics, etc.)
• Write persuasive, customized proposals to maximize conversion.
• Communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Manage Upwork profile, job postings, and daily targets.

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding for Digital Marketing services.
• Excellent written communication & proposal writing skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to meet bidding targets and generate consistent leads.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and good at client communication.
