Job Description

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through email outreach and automation.
  • Create high-converting email content focused on attracting and nurturing potential leads.
  • Manage and segment prospect databases for targeted communication.
  • Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTR, response rate, conversions) and share performance reports.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and sending strategy to improve results.
  • Ensure all outreach emails are responsive, error-free, and aligned with brand tone.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain clean and updated prospect lists while following email compliance guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and techniques in lead generation.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies (email outreach, nurturing, automation).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for professional outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with lead gen/email tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, pipelines, and lead funnels.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative mindset to craft compelling outreach templates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation and outreach.
  • Understanding of IT/software industry and target customer profiles.
