Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building long-term business relationships to promote ERP Next and other software services offered by company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in target industries.
  • Generate new business through LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition.
  • Develop and present customized proposals to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
  • Maintain a record of client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
