Business Analyst

Vijatshi Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical and communication skills who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing requirements, designing business processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Create functional specifications and communicate them to the technical team.
• Facilitate meetings with clients, users, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop use cases, workflows, and wireframes to support software development.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users post-implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 6 months up to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business process modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Visio, or other process modeling tools.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 6 months up to 2 years of experience (Preferred)
• Business analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
