About the Company: Vijatshi Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Software Product Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a graduate with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who is eager to start a career in product support. As a Software Product Support Specialist, you will assist customers by providing knowledgeable support for our software products, helping them resolve technical issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. This is a great opportunity to build a foundation in technical support and customer service while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: · Set up and configure mobile devices for employees (smartphones, tablets, laptops). · Troubleshoot connectivity, software, and device-related issues. · Provide technical support to ensure secure and effective mobile device use. · Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce mobile security protocols. · Create software user guides and training materials for employees. · Monitor device performance, manage updates, and optimize support processes. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). · Fresher to 1 year of experience in Software product support, with a focus on mobile device management. · Understanding of mobile security protocols and best practices. · Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centered approach. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and support. · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
