Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Executive to join our client services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support for CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and will play a crucial role in troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and ensuring the seamless operation of client CRM systems. You will be responsible for resolving client inquiries, assisting with CRM system configuration, and ensuring high client satisfaction by providing timely technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients using CRM systems, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting system-related issues promptly.
  • Assist clients with CRM system setup, configuration, and customization to meet their specific business needs.
  • Support the implementation of CRM workflows and automations to optimize client processes and improve CRM efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and offer solutions to enhance CRM system functionality.
  • Ensure smooth integration of third-party applications and services with CRM systems, providing ongoing technical support and resolving any integration challenges.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps for CRM-related technical issues, providing clear and actionable instructions.
  • Maintain and monitor CRM data integrity, ensuring the accuracy of data input and syncing across platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM tools, updates, and best practices to ensure clients are receiving optimal support and solutions.
  • Generate and review CRM performance reports, analyzing system functionality, identifying areas for improvement, and offering suggestions to clients.
  • Provide training and documentation to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate and resolve basic CRM technical issues.
  • Work closely with other departments (account management, sales, etc.) to ensure all client requirements are met and technical issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple client technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support for CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM system functionalities, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with CRM system setup, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in providing client training and technical guidance on CRM systems.
  • Experience with CRM reporting and data management best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client support requests simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive in learning and adapting to new CRM tools, updates, and best practices to support clients effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet client needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
