The role involves providing high-quality technical troubleshooting assistance to international customers while ensuring excellent service standards. Candidates with strong English communication skills and prior technical support experience are preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to international customers via voice calls. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer issues accurately while maintaining service quality benchmarks. Document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal systems. Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of complex technical issues. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Mandatory experience in technical support and troubleshooting. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Eligibility Criteria Graduate or Undergraduate candidates may apply. Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience with Technical Support exposure is mandatory. Candidates must reside within a 20 km radius of the office location.
