Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with 1-7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, lead generation, and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels.
Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their potential and necessary steps to convert them into sales.
Interact professionally with leads, existing customers, and other company stakeholders via various communication mediums.
Manage the sales pipeline and understand the sales process.
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment, preferably in an ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service environment.
Bachelor's degree in any field; a postgraduate degree is also acceptable.
Strong knowledge of BPO, IT recruitment, international BPO, lead generation, and sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Experience with cold calling, email marketing, online marketing, and walk-in interviews.
