Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in sales process, lead generation, and digital marketing.

Roles and Responsibility

Build and cultivate relationships with potential clients through follow-up communications.
Identify and deliver high-quality sales opportunities to the Sales Team.
Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador to promote our brand.
Develop and implement strategies to move opportunities through the sales process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; other bachelor's degrees are also acceptable.
Proven experience in sales process, lead generation, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international BPOs or US-based companies is an added advantage.
Must be fluent in English.
