Role & responsibilities : Engage with potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to pitch relevant products Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or services Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any stream (Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in Hindi, Kannada and English Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated attitude Must own a laptop and have basic computer knowledge Perks and benefits
