Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at PinkBlue.in, your primary responsibility is to contact businesses in the healthcare sector such as clinics, hospitals, and doctors via telephone. You will promote PinkBlue.in's clinical supplies by soliciting orders over the phone and delivering a scripted sales pitch tailored to meet the specific needs of individual customers. Handling customer inquiries, collecting customer information, recording customer details, reactions, and orders, as well as inputting order details into the computer system will be essential tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for confirming orders with field sales representatives, scheduling appointments for field staff, conducting customer surveys, and following up with potential customers who respond to advertisements via telephone. Key Responsibilities: - Contact businesses in the healthcare sector to promote PinkBlue.in's clinical supplies - Solicit orders for clinical supplies over the phone and deliver a scripted sales pitch - Adjust sales pitch to meet the specific needs of individual customers and provide pricing details - Handle customer questions, collect customer information, and record customer details and reactions - Input order details into the computer system and record transaction details - Confirm orders with field sales representatives and obtain contact details of potential customers - Schedule appointments for field staff, conduct customer and marketing surveys, and follow up with potential customers Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies - Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing (preferred) - Proficiency in basic computer applications - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus - Information gathering and management skills - Soft skills such as persuasiveness, adaptability, initiative, tenacity, resilience, negotiation skills, stress tolerance, high energy levels, and self-motivation,
