Associate Supply Chain Team

Role Overview: You will work closely with user groups to identify purchasing needs and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery expectations are met. Issuing Purchase Orders on time and managing/resolving supplier problems due to delivery, quality, and pricing will be crucial. Building relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance, and reporting KPIs regularly are key responsibilities. Identifying new contract opportunities, driving continuous improvement, and developing new vendors based on business/stakeholder requirements will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will develop and implement sourcing strategies for key commodities and coordinate with vendors to expedite orders.
