Inside Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at our company, your role will involve understanding customers" needs and identifying sales opportunities. You will be responsible for answering potential customers" questions, keeping up with product information and updates, and creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Additionally, you will be expected to explain and demonstrate features of products and services, as well as upsell products and services. It is essential for you to perform like an All Rounder, handling tasks such as Store Hygiene, F&B Service, and Customer Interaction effectively. Qualifications: - Education: Diploma (Preferred) - Experience: - 1 year of Customer Handling (Preferred) - 1 year of Customer Service (Preferred) Location: - Thrissur, Kerala (Required) This is a full-time and permanent job opportunity with the duty timing from 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with Saturdays and Sundays as working days.
