Job Description

As a Sales Associate at our company, your role involves understanding customers" needs and identifying sales opportunities. You will be responsible for answering potential customers" questions, keeping up with product information and updates, and creating/maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Additionally, you will need to explain and demonstrate features of products and services, as well as upsell products and services. It is essential to perform as an All Rounder, which includes maintaining store hygiene, providing F&B service, and interacting with customers effectively. Qualifications Required: - Education: Diploma (Preferred) - Experience: - Customer Handling: 1 year (Preferred) - Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Thrissur, Kerala Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule from 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
