We are hiring Lead Generation Specialist at our Ahmedabad, India office. This is a full time, on-site position that requires work from office. This is a 5 days a week, US shift position. Job Description: Initiate outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce products or services. Generate and qualify new leads through effective questioning and conversation. Build rapport with potential and existing clients. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. Explain the benefits of products or services and handle objections. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update CRM systems. Job Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or in a similar sales role.
