Role Overview

Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-quality B2B and B2C leads 
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outreach campaigns 
• Maintain and manage lead data using CRM tools 
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion 
• Communicate value propositions clearly and build long-term prospect relationships 
• Track lead generation metrics and contribute to performance reports 

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience

  in lead generation, inside sales, or business development 
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills 
• Experience in market research and opportunity discovery 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setup 
• Target-driven mindset with strong time-management skills 
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools is a plus 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
