Role Overview

As a Founding Team Member – Business Development (IT Sector)

You’ll work closely with the CEO and COO to define strategy, close deals, and expand our business footprint. 

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify

  leads in the IT and SaaS sectors

  (B2B focus). 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 
• Identify business opportunities across education, enterprise, and tech markets. 
• Collaborate with the technical and product teams to align client needs with solutions. 
• Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to close deals. 
• Manage proposal writing, pricing, and contract negotiations. 
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 
• Represent Inupgro at industry events, conferences, and digital forums. 

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven experience in

  IT Business Development / B2B Sales / Client Acquisition

  . 
• Strong network and understanding of

  software, SaaS, or digital transformation services

  . 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to manage long-term client relationships and complex deal cycles. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset — eager to build, lead, and take ownership.
