The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue-focused opportunities. The role requires market understanding, structured outreach, proposal development, and coordination with internal teams to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and align them with company services
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for prospective clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Track leads, conversions, and revenue performance using structured reporting
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
• Represent the company in meetings, discussions, and negotiations

• Strong business development and sales acumen
• Clear communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of digital marketing and branding services
• Ability to manage multiple leads and sales pipelines simultaneously

• Experience with CRM tools, reporting, and lead tracking
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in agency, marketing, or service-based sales preferred
