Job Title: Business Development Specialist Company : Clearclaim Ventures Private Limited Location : Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site) Industry : Financial Services / Share Recovery / Stock Market Employment Type : Full-time About the Role We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Business Development Specialist who is passionate about sales, customer engagement, and financial services. The ideal candidate will interact with potential clients, understand their cases, and guide them through our share recovery process while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email Explain company services, eligibility criteria, and recovery process to customers Follow structured sales scripts and CRM workflows Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into clients Maintain daily activity reports including calls, follow-ups, meetings, and CRM updates Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth post-sale support Ensure positive customer experience throughout the engagement Achieve monthly sales targets and quality KPIs Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) Minimum 2+ years of experience in direct/inside sales (Real Estate / BFSI / Fintech / EdTech / Insurance preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales reporting Highly organized, punctual, and accountable Target-driven with a growth-oriented mindset High integrity and customer-first approach Willingness to learn and continuously improve Compensation & Benefits Salary: Up to ₹23,000.
