🔶 About the Role

We are building a national-level EdTech ecosystem for students, teachers, and schools.

We need energetic and result-driven Business Development Executives who can drive school/college onboarding and help expand our presence across states.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify potential schools, colleges, coaching centers in assigned territory
• Make cold calls, field visits, and handle first-level presentations
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads

2. Client Meetings & Presentations

• Meet school principals, management teams, and education stakeholders
• Present product demos and explain the platform’s value proposition
• Handle objections and build trust with decision-makers

3. Onboarding & Target Achievement

• Drive end-to-end onboarding: registration → documentation → activation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding and revenue targets
• Ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion through CRM

4. Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with institutions
• Maintain post-onboarding communication to increase engagement
• Collect market insights, competitor info, and customer feedback

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Work closely with marketing and product team
• Prepare daily field reports, lead status, and conversion metrics
• Participate in weekly sales review meetings

• Comfortable with travel within assigned region
