Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  business growth and brand scaling

  through innovative marketing and sales strategies
• Identify new

  business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments

• Execute and optimize

  customer relationships

  with a 24/7 customer-centric mindset
• Work closely with founders to implement growth ideas and market expansion plans
• Track performance metrics and contribute actionable insights

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in

  Marketing / Business / related field

• Age group:

  21–30 years

• Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience

  OR

• Multiple successful marketing internships where the candidate has

  contributed to scaling a brand

• Strong

  creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Highly

  ambitious, self-driven, and growth-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Must be

  currently living in Visakhapatnam

  or

  ready to relocate within this month

• Immediate joiner

  preferred

Compensation

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

  (based on skills and experience)
