Description
Role Overview: As a front-line sales executive at Imarticus, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through defined marketing activities. You will play a crucial role in prospecting for new customers, maximizing lead generation, and ensuring timely execution of all sales activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting marketing performance, acting as an interface between Imarticus and prospective candidates, and overseeing the marketing function in the region covered by the base center. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect for new customers through new clients (vendors) and maximize lead generation - Execute all sales activities such as leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads in a timely manner - Track and report marketing performance, including acquisition results and market conditions - Act as an interface between Imarticus and prospective candidates - Ensure all performance standards are met, including business targets, controls, and compliance - Attend seminars in colleges and conduct workshops for college students - Collect relevant databases from various sources - Prepare and execute monthly, half-yearly, and yearly marketing plans - Ensure that center targets align with the overall objectives of the organization - Achieve dedicated sales performance against assigned targets Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and marketing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors Role Overview: As a front-line sales executive at Imarticus, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through defined marketing activities.
