Hiring: Business Development Specialist (Marketing Background) Brand: Hand Safety First Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag) – Immediate joining required We are looking for a passionate, creative, and growth-driven Business Development Specialist with a strong marketing mindset to help scale the Hand Safety First brand. This role is ideal for someone hungry to learn, experiment, and grow fast in a real business environment. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth and brand scaling through innovative marketing and sales strategies Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments Execute and optimize marketing campaigns (online & offline) Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a 24/7 customer-centric mindset Work closely with founders to implement growth ideas and market expansion plans Track performance metrics and contribute actionable insights Candidate Requirements Degree in Marketing / Business / related field Age group: 21–30 years Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience OR Multiple successful marketing internships where the candidate has contributed to scaling a brand Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills Highly ambitious, self-driven, and growth-oriented mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Must be currently living in Visakhapatnam or ready to relocate within this month Immediate joiner preferred Compensation ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience) High learning exposure and growth opportunities in a fast-growing brand Who Should Apply If you are someone who: Thinks like an entrepreneur Is obsessed with customer satisfaction Loves building brands from the ground up Wants real responsibility and fast growth 👉 We want to hear from you! 📧 Send your resume to info@handsafetyfirst.com
