Job Description: As a part of The TeamEx, the team-building vertical of Unified Sports & Events, your role will involve connecting with clients from corporates, schools, universities, and private events. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding the team-building needs of clients, pitching customized experiential programs, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of memorable experiences. Collaboration with internal teams for seamless event execution and maintaining sales pipelines, targets, and reporting will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with corporate, educational, and private clients to analyze their team-building requirements. - Develop and present customized experiential programs to secure bookings. - Manage client relationships from initiation to closure, focusing on satisfaction and repeat business. - Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee the smooth execution of events. - Maintain and monitor sales pipelines, targets, and reporting metrics. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in team-building, experiential learning, or events. - Proficient in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong passion for creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional client service. - Proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset.
