Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Prepare and maintain customer accounts receivable aging reports, categorizing outstanding dues by 30, 60, 90+ day intervals Generate monthly sales reports by the 1st of each month and quarterly balance sheets with budget analysis for upcoming quarters Develop comparative analysis reports tracking sales versus expenses Monitor and analyze financial data to produce comprehensive financial reports for senior management Maintain accurate accounting ledgers and general ledger entries Provide daily financial updates to senior management Revenue & Collections Process customer billing and invoicing accurately and timely Issue weekly payment reminders to customers and sales personnel for outstanding receivables Track payments and outstanding dues, implementing proactive collection strategies Prepare monthly consolidated reports on sales and payment collections throughout the fiscal year Tax Compliance & Statutory Filings Ensure timely filing of all tax returns including GST, Income Tax Returns (ITR), and TDS for both jurisdictions Maintain compliance with US and India accounting standards and tax regulations Monitor filing deadlines to avoid penalties and interest charges Banking & Treasury Execute all banking operations including reconciliations, payments, and transfers Process and maintain records of company and director expenses ensuring timely payments Expense Management Track and report fortnightly sales promotion expenses (conveyance, marketing, etc.) Maintain comprehensive payment records for company operational and director personal expenses Ensure all payments are processed on time to avoid penalties Administrative & Office Management Maintain organized filing systems for all accounting documentation Manage director personal files including income tax documents, insurance policies, vehicle records, medical insurance, and education fee receipts Oversee office housekeeping, ensuring computers and electrical equipment are properly maintained Purchase office supplies and equipment while maintaining optimal inventory levels Monitor and manage office stationery and supply inventory Process Improvement Establish and enforce proper accounting methods and internal controls Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems and workflows Present innovative ideas and recommendations to senior management for implementation Shift Timings: US Shift (Night Shift): 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST Compensation: Salary: 30k to 40k Why Join Us: Join a young, energetic, and ambitious team shaping the future of our industry.
