Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT staffing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in marketing OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and US Citizen consultants to various clients and vendors in the US job market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market available bench consultants to tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients through calls, emails, and job portals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify suitable requirements from job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and consultants to ensure mutually beneficial deals.
• Prepare and update consultant profiles for submission to clients.
• Maintain daily activity reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US staffing regulations.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and consultants, and handle onboarding formalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in US Bench Sales/Recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa categories.
• Hands-on experience using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet targets under pressure.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with IT consultants across technologies (Java, .NET, QA, BA, etc.).
• Prior exposure to US Time Zones (EST/CST/PST).
• Knowledge of CRM tools or ATS systems (like Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva).

Shift Timings:

• US Shift (Night Shift): 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST

Compensation:

• Salary: As per market standards + Incentives on closures
