Bench Sales Recruiter

As a Bench Sales Recruiter working in a US Shift, your primary responsibility will be to identify selling opportunities in the Information Technology sector and address customer needs effectively. Your work timings will be from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (IST), with flexibility to extend based on work requirements. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify potential sales opportunities in IT. - Actively seeking new sales prospects through web/portal search, calling, networking, and social media. - Setting up meetings with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and addressing their concerns effectively. - Researching organizations and individuals to discover new sales opportunities. - Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to expand your network. - Proposing and closing potential business deals by contacting partners, developing contracts, and integrating requirements with business operations. - Enhancing the organization's reputation by meeting new challenges and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or an Engineering field. - Proven experience in sales and marketing within the IT industry. - Proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of MS Office. - Hands-on experience with CRM software is considered a plus. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. - A fast learner with a passion for sales. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to deliver engaging presentations. - Strong communication skills and fluency in IT terminology.
