Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions across the US. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and requirements. Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals to identify top talent. Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS/CRM systems. Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and improve sourcing strategies. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment setting. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends in the US market. Proven track record of successfully placing IT candidates in the US. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in niche technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, Java, .NET) is a plus.
