Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment setting. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends in the US market. Proven track record of successfully placing IT candidates in the US. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in niche technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, Java, .NET) is a plus. Required Qualifications: 2 - 4 years of proven experience in bench sales and U.S. IT staffing. Extensive experience working with H1B, CPT, OPT, GC, and USC consultants. Strong relationships with prime vendors, clients, and implementation partners. Expertise in using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. Proficient with U.S. tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Results-driven with excellent negotiation and closing skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using ATS/CRM tools to manage leads and submissions. Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience mentoring junior sales/recruiting staff is a plus.
