Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions across the US.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and requirements.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals to identify top talent.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and improve sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment setting.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends in the US market.
• Proven track record of successfully placing IT candidates in the US.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in niche technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, Java, .NET) is a plus.
• Familiarity with US visa processes (H1B, L1, GC) is a plus.
