Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist at our global software development company, your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of the outbound sales pipeline and drive revenue growth. This is not an entry-level role; we are seeking a growth strategist who can ensure a steady flow of sales-qualified leads (SQLs) while meeting targets and contributing directly to conversions. Your strategic thinking and execution will play a crucial role in the success of our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and own the top-of-funnel strategy, driving the entire lifecycle from lead identification to qualification and meeting setup. - Deliver a steady stream of qualified leads that convert into meaningful sales conversations and revenue opportunities. - Implement strategic nurturing mechanisms to increase buyer readiness and reduce drop-offs in the sales journey. - Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast, evaluate, and improve lead-to-opportunity metrics for optimal pipeline performance. - Work closely with the sales team to support conversions through contextual handovers, insight sharing, and ongoing assistance. Success Will Be Measured By: - Volume and quality of sales-qualified leads generated monthly. - Conversion rate from lead to opportunity. - Pipeline contribution to revenue. - Lead velocity and movement through the sales funnel. - Impact on cost-per-lead acquisition efficiency. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in lead generation and pipeline development for IT services or custom software development. - A strategic mindset with a proven track record of collaborating with sales leaders and founders. - Strong understanding of how B2B tech buyers evaluate vendors from awareness to decision. - Experience in managing or influencing outreach strategies, even if execution is done by a team. - Proficiency in analyzing data to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging, and lead targeting approaches. Nice to Have: - Exposure to international sales markets such as US, UK, or MENA. - Experience working with founders and CXOs in high-growth tech companies. - Understanding of performance metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and marketing attribution.
