Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist who can generate and qualify leads using only a standard LinkedIn account (No LinkedIn Sales Navigator). The role focuses on manual prospect research, personalized outreach, and relationship building through LinkedIn to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate B2B leads exclusively through a regular LinkedIn account
• Manually search prospects using LinkedIn filters (industry, job title, company, location)
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
• Engage with prospects through LinkedIn messaging and comments
• Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Collect and organize lead details (name, designation, company, LinkedIn profile link)
• Maintain lead data in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to book meetings or calls
• Track daily outreach activity and response rates
• Follow LinkedIn best practices to avoid account restrictions
• Freshers are most welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
