About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:-
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives

Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
-
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
-
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
-
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
-
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:-
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:-
Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:-
Experience in FP&A, MIS reporting, and business performance analytics.

Knowledge of banking domain trends and GIC operating models.

Exposure to Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives

8-10 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence, preferably in banking or financial services.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and advanced Excel; experience with Python/R is a plus.

Solid understanding of data visualization principles, KPI frameworks, and reporting automation.

Familiarity with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Teradata) and ETL processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs, KRIs, and other business metrics using tools like Power BI/Tableau.

Perform data analysis and trend identification to provide actionable insights for business strategy and operational improvements.

Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Partner with business and strategy teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations summarizing insights and recommendations.

Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking in collaboration with FP&A teams.

Monitor and report on business performance metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
