Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Knowledge Manager

to support our team in effectively managing, curating, and disseminating organizational knowledge. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

knowledge management

secondary research

, and

content development

, with the ability to communicate insights clearly through reports, presentations, and multimedia content.This role will involve close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to capture institutional knowledge, organize resources, and improve access to relevant information across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and maintain knowledge management initiatives to ensure effective documentation and sharing of information across teams.
Conduct secondary research and interviews to gather data, insights, and best practices from various sources.
Curate and organize content into accessible formats (articles, decks, playbooks, videos, etc.).
Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Analyze data and research findings to generate actionable insights.
Leverage AI tools and video editing platforms to enhance knowledge content and visual communication.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent content standards and knowledge governance.

Required Skills

Proven experience in Knowledge Management and Content Strategy.
Strong skills in secondary research, interviewing, and data interpretation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with content creation, content curation, and visual storytelling.
Working knowledge of AI tools for productivity, research, and content optimization.
Basic proficiency in video editing tools for short-format content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with knowledge management platforms or content repositories.
Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
