Job Description

Who We Are:

Your Impact:

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Knowledge Manager to build, organize, and scale our internal and external knowledge systems. The ideal candidate will combine content strategy, technical documentation, and learning design skills to create seamless knowledge experiences across teams and platforms.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to improve information flow and accessibility.
Create, structure, and maintain high-quality API documentation, FAQs, and product guides.
Design, develop, and publish training content and courses on platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or internal LMS systems.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to capture and document key learnings.
Continuously audit and update knowledge assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company objectives.

You'll Thrive If You Have:

3–6 years of experience in knowledge management, technical documentation, or learning design.
Strong understanding of APIs, developer documentation, and product lifecycle processes.
Proven ability to create structured, scalable learning material (video, text, interactive).
Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like Notion, Confluence, GitBook, or similar is a plus.
