Provide ongoing support to teams in using knowledge management systems. - Foster a culture of knowledge sharing across the organization. Collaborate with various departments to understand their knowledge needs. - Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives. Regularly report on knowledge management performance and suggest improvements. - Evaluate and implement knowledge management tools and technologies.
