Key Responsibilities - Reach out to inbound & outbound leads and handle outbound follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. - Understand prospect's professional goals and recommend suitable programs. - Conduct program demos or counselling sessions when needed. - Drive program registrations by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up actions in the CRM system/ Google Sheets. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and communication. - Share feedback from prospects to improve sales scripts and marketing materials. - Attend sales meetings and contribute ideas for team success. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in consultative or ed-tech sales preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Google Workspace.
