• Strong grasp of personal finance (financial products and strategies)

• Research + Instructional skills (structure, clarity, examples, assessment)

• Working fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)

• Clear communication skills (written & oral)
