Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound & outbound leads and handle outbound follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand prospect's professional goals and recommend suitable programs.- Conduct program demos or counselling sessions when needed.- Drive program registrations by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up actions in the CRM system/ Google Sheets.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and communication.- Share feedback from prospects to improve sales scripts and marketing materials.- Attend sales meetings and contribute ideas for team success.
