Role Overview: As a member of the Global Sales Operations (GSO) team at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and enablement of Oracle Global Sales through the implementation of standard sales processes, analytics, sales management tools, and Oracle SalesHelp support. Key Responsibilities: - Writing digital content for scalable sales processes across Oracle Communication channels, focusing on key sales processes such as Sales Planning, Demand Generation, Opportunity Management, Quoting, and Renewals. - Conducting research, testing, and proposing revised content to ensure quick and accurate delivery to Sales users. - Providing regular Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Global Process Owners and Global Deployment Managers to assess the utilization and overall effectiveness of Knowledge Base content. - Developing compelling content for the SalesHelp chatbot by understanding Sales requirements and creating conversational dialogue flows to address end users" queries. - Managing chatbot conversations to identify misclassified or unrecognized intents and address any issues with the content. - Tracking and analyzing chatbot end-user experience to drive continuous improvement in the chatbot functionality.
