Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to drive sales and market penetration for our Premium Alkaline Water in boxed packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG/Beverage sales and strategic account management. This role will involve developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market growth and increase revenue for premium alkaline boxed water in the assigned region. Market Development: Identify and expand new sales channels, including modern trade, general trade, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) and institutional sales. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships. Brand Positioning: Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, consumer awareness, and product positioning. Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective counter strategies. Compliance & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure adherence to company policies, customer service standards, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Sales experience in FMCG, Beverage, or Packaged Water industries. Strong network and relationships within retail, HoReCa, and institutional channels. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decisions. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
