Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The role involves working closely with hiring managers, creating and maintaining a strong employer brand, and developing strategies to attract the best candidates for various roles. The Specialist will also ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Experience in Employer Branding and strategies to attract top talent
• Strong Interviewing and Recruiting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Prior experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
